evening wear suitable for extra sized women

Good evening everyone,

The military ball is almost upon us and there are some loose ends that need to be tied.

The ball is next Friday, March 9th, at Merle Manders Conference Center @ 111 Davis Rd., Stockbridge, GA 30281. It will, once again, be a joint effort with Stockbridge High School's ROTC Unit. The event will start promptly at 6:00 p.m with the receiving line, (line up begins at 5:45) and end at 10:30 p.m. There will be a photographer on hand at the event, to take photos of the cadets and their dates. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m., for those that want to come and get their pictures taken before the ball.

Each unit has been asked to donate some things to the ball for our cadets enjoyment. First, there will be a candy table at the event. Each school is responsible for donating $250 worth of candy for the table. We'd like for the candy to be coordinated with the color scheme of the ball as much as possible, blue, yellow, gold, silver, white. Please send candy in as soon as possible. Second, the instructors would like to give out door prizes throughout the night, like gift cards. We need parents to donate gift cards to restaurants, shopping facilities, etc., for the giveaway. The more we receive, the better the chances for a lot of cadets to go home with something. Please send in cards to the instructors as soon as possible. evening wear suitable for extra sized women

This year the meal will be catered. However, we still need parents to plate and serve the food. With that said, each unit has been asked to have a maximum of 12 parents dressed in black bottoms and a white top, at the event to help in these capacities. Once the cadets, instructors and guests have been served, we will need those same parents to stay and help with clean up.

We will begin setting up the ballroom at 11:00 a.m, Friday, March 9th. If any of you are able to help with set-up, please respond to this email.

The ball is one of the major highlights of the year for the cadets. The cadets that attend truly have a great time. We expect this year to be no different but we need your help to make it all come together. So, thank you all in advance for your donations, be it by the way of your time, candy and/or gift cards.

Lastly, we are capped at 100 tickets and we’ve already sold 63, if your cadet is interested in going please have them bring their money Monday, this event will sale out and each year we have cadets who wait until the last minute and get unfortunately get left out.

Enjoy the rest of your day!
